Who We Are

My name is Masa, and I am a licensed CPA with extensive experience in nonprofit management. Before building my career supporting nonprofits, I began in finance at Lehman Brothers during the 2008 financial crisis. Living through that collapse taught me something critical: the challenges that nearly brought down Wall Street—cash flow, risk taking, and leadership—are the same ones nonprofits and small businesses face every day, but with far fewer resources. That experience shaped how I approach nonprofit finance today: disciplined cash management, proactive risk oversight, and leadership support that strengthens organizations before problems escalate. With over 15 years in the nonprofit sector, I partner with organizations to bring clarity to their financial position, stabilize operations, and build systems that support long-term sustainability—so you can focus on your mission, expand your impact, and lead with confidence. My name is Joel, and I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker and certified specialist in occupancy and tax credits with over two decades of experience in affordable housing operations. My career has evolved from leading property management teams in the nonprofit sector to overseeing residency operations for public housing initiatives. Through managing complex portfolios and implementing supportive service grants, I’ve learned that the most resilient organizations are those that can navigate rigorous compliance requirements without losing sight of the people they serve. That perspective drives my work today. I offer deep technical expertise in Section 8, LIHTC, and property management systems to help your organization master the details of operations and compliance—ensuring you have the stability needed to maximize your social impact
